SMA CEO Ajay Patel and COO Jacque Keats were inspired by Uber and eHarmony’s use of technology to make the consumer journey transparent and convenient for their clients. They decided to leverage technology to change how SMA functioned and launched TOD® to change the process for acquiring and developing talent, and to transform the process for selling and staffing consulting projects.
